THE CHALLENGE – REQUIREMENTS
Automate the daily and end of month financial reconciliation processes between the Point Of Selling data and the bank data. Up until now, the client has been using manual excel based processed, but it is a tedious and time-consuming process with no room for scalability.
THE SOLUTION – BENEFITS
MyCloudDoor has developed an end-to-end solution based on Synapse and Power BI. The data coming from both systems is integrated, cleaned and filtered using Synapse pipelines into a dedicated SQL Pool. Afterwards, the data is modeled in Power BI where the stakeholders can easily review the reconciliation process.

Our costumer now has an automatic, scalable and resilient financial reconciliation process, freeing time for the finance team to dedicate on innovation of solutions. The architecture of the solution allows for data to increase over time without it being a bottleneck, as well as add further reconciliation processes based on the same or different data
