The Need to Innovate
CxOForum, known for its commitment to creating value through collaboration and knowledge sharing among business leaders, identified the need for a digital assistant that could provide instant and accurate advice to its partners. The vision was clear: to create an expert virtual consultant in the form of a WhatsApp bot that not only answered questions efficiently but also offered recommendations based on a vast repository of historical documents and knowledge accumulated by the community.
A Revolutionary Approach
The solution proposed by myCloudDoor breaks with traditional approaches. Instead of being limited to the constraints of a finely-tuned AI model, which would require costly and extensive training with CxOForum's documents, myCloudDoor proposed a more dynamic and scalable solution.
The key to this innovation lies in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). This technique is essential for integrating structured and unstructured data into Large Language Models (LLM), enabling the generation of specific and contextualized responses by transforming data, retrieving relevant fragments, and combining them with queries to generate answers. To overcome token limitations and handle extensive documents, the texts are fragmented, improving the efficiency of the queries. myCloudDoor also uses the "Chain-of-thought" technique, which involves guiding the model to break down complex problems into smaller steps and provide both intermediate reasoning steps and the final solution. Chain-of-thought is inspired by arithmetic reasoning, where natural language reasoning is used to build an argument that leads to the final answer. This helps the model tackle multi-step problems more effectively. Additionally, with the generation of "embeddings" or vector representations of documents, the bot can access and understand the community's vast knowledge base with unprecedented accuracy and agility.
Technology and Architecture
To bring this ambitious project to life, a robust architecture based on cutting-edge technology was designed. A custom library, developed in NodeJS, forms the backbone of the bot, facilitating seamless integration with WhatsApp. At the heart of the system, Chain-of-thought and Azure OpenAI provide the necessary intelligence to generate and understand document embeddings, while a custom Azure LogicApp handles user queries, ensuring quick and relevant responses.
Special attention has been given to security, generating various systems to make it robust and reliable.
The advisor bot offers two service levels: a free version, "Ana Murof," providing access to public domain documents, and a premium version, "David Davis," offering a wider range of resources, including exclusive documents. This differentiation allows CxOForum to offer a scalable service tailored to the needs of its partners.

The development of this AI assistant presents unique challenges, especially in terms of maintaining agile response times and ensuring the accuracy of responses in a specialized context such as business advisory. However, the ability to review and analyze the bot's search results offers significant opportunities to continuously improve the quality of the advice provided.
