myCloudDoor joins the Digital Pact for the Protection of Individuals

In line with our commitment to ethics, digital responsibility, and the protection of personal data, MYCLOUDDOOR SECURITY & INNOVATION SL has officially joined the Digital Pact for the Protection of Individuals, an initiative by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) aimed at strengthening privacy and encouraging the ethical use of technology in both the public and private sectors.

The main goal of the Digital Pact is to promote a culture of data protection in the context of digital transformation, encouraging a proactive commitment to privacy and fundamental rights. This initiative includes a set of commitments and principles voluntarily adopted by participating organizations, including:

• Promoting proactive responsibility in the processing of personal data.

• Fostering transparency, security, and effective user control over personal information.

• Encouraging digital inclusion and protecting vulnerable groups, especially from digital violence.

By joining the pact, myCloudDoor has received the official certification as a “Signatory Entity of the Digital Pact for the Protection of Individuals,” and commits to implementing and promoting best practices in data protection, both internally and among its clients, partners, and society at large.

We also gain access to the AEPD's Priority Channel, a key tool for defending digital rights. This channel enables the urgent removal of sexual or violent content published online without consent—particularly when it affects minors, women, or vulnerable groups.

This initiative adds to other actions myCloudDoor has taken to ensure privacy, security, and responsible innovation in the digital space. We continue to move forward to help create a more ethical, people-centered technological environment.
