THE CHALLENGE
The client wants to build a Data Platform responsible for obtaining data from different data sources relating with financials and RRHH (like SAP ECC, SAP BW… ) ordering and preparing data; and consuming and visualizing data.
myCloudDoor develops, maintains and operates a data platform on Azure based on Data Lake (data storage), Azure Data Factory (Batch ingestion), Azure Databricks (Data transformation) and Power BI (Data reporting). Additionally, Debezium and Kafka tools have been used to do real time ingestion from SAP ECC.

The client wanted to improve their business strategy and make more effective by implementing a Client Segmentation analysis to closely align their strategy and tactics, and better target, their customers.

THE SOLUTION
myCloudDoor developed a Clustering Machine Learning model using KNN algorithm to divide the customers into segments based on common characteristics found in the EDA phase.

A deep understanding of Customer Data by implementing a thorough Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and segmenting the customers using a Machine Learning model.
